Hi, I’m Fiona
I’m a registered dietitian helping women create a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food - one that supports both their physical health and overall wellbeing.
Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed by nutrition advice, stuck in cycles of restriction, or unsure how to care for their health without becoming consumed by food rules.
Most are also navigating conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure, PMOS (previously PCOS), endometriosis or gut health issues. Instead of focusing on extremes or rigid plans, we work together to create realistic habits and flexible structure that fit naturally into your life.
My philosophy is simple:
You don’t have to choose between health and joy.
I’ve worked as a nutritionist and dietitian for almost 10 years, and I truly believe long-term health comes from building habits that feel supportive, realistic, and enjoyable.
Together, we focus on:
Building balanced meals that satisfy you physically and mentally
Creating habits that feel sustainable in real life
Reducing stress and all-or-nothing thinking around food
Finding movement and routines that support your wellbeing
Building flexibility, consistency, and confidence over time
I combine evidence-based nutrition with behaviour change, habit building, and compassionate support to help women improve their health in a way that feels nourishing - not restrictive.
