You don’t have to choose between health and joy
Build a healthy way of eating that feels nourishing, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Improve your relationship with food, create habits that actually last, and find an approach to health that fits naturally into your life - without restriction or guilt.
If you feel:
Frustrated that healthy eating always feels difficult or unsustainable
Confused about what you “should” and “shouldn’t” be eating
Anxious about your health or a specific health condition
Stuck in cycles of restriction, overeating, or starting over
Exhausted from trying to be perfect with food
Tired of feeling like food takes up too much mental space
And what you really want is:
Healthy eating habits that actually last
Better health without obsession
More energy and improved health
Confidence around food and your choices
A calmer relationship with food
Support, guidance, and clarity
I’m here to show you that improving your health shouldn’t mean cutting out the foods you love or constantly starting over.
You can nourish your body, support your health, and enjoy food at the same time.
Hi, I’m Fiona
I’m a registered dietitian helping women create a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food - one that supports both their physical health and overall wellbeing.
Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed by nutrition advice, stuck in cycles of restriction, or unsure how to care for their health without becoming consumed by food rules.
Most are also navigating conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure, PMOS (previously PCOS), endometriosis or gut health issues. Instead of focusing on extremes or rigid plans, we work together to create realistic habits and flexible structure that fit naturally into your life. My philosophy is simple:
You don’t have to choose between health and joy.
I’ve worked as a nutritionist and dietitian for almost 10 years, and I truly believe long-term health comes from building habits that feel supportive, realistic, and enjoyable.
Together, we focus on:
Building balanced meals that satisfy you physically and mentally
Creating habits that feel sustainable in real life
Reducing stress and all-or-nothing thinking around food
Finding movement and routines that support your wellbeing
Building flexibility, consistency, and confidence over time
I combine evidence-based nutrition with behaviour change, habit building, and compassionate support to help women improve their health in a way that feels nourishing - not restrictive.
The Nourish Method
A structured 4-phase journey from restriction and confusion → confidence, clarity and sustainable health.
1. Clarity & Awareness
Together, we look at unhelpful food rules and beliefs, unrealistic expectations around health and get clear on the healthier version of you that feels authentic, balanced, and sustainable.
2. Nourishing Foundations
We focus on building self-trust, compassion and healthy habits that support your wellbeing.
You’ll learn how to nourish your body consistently through balanced meals, supportive routines, and kinder self-talk - while improving your relationship with food and yourself.
3. Sustainable Habits
This is where we turn intention into action.
Together, we build realistic habits and routines that fit into your real life, helping you improve your health in a way that feels flexible, enjoyable, and achievable long term.
No extremes. No starting over. Just small changes that compound over time.
4. Flexibility & Confidence
You’ll learn how to move beyond all-or-nothing thinking and feel more calm and confident around food.
The goal isn’t perfection - it’s creating a way of eating and living that supports both your health and your happiness for the long term.
